Commission Process

Every art piece I create tells a unique story and is a reflection of my vision and personality. However, I also recognize that my clients may have specific ideas and preferences that they want to see translated into a custom artwork. That's why I offer a commission process, tailored to bring your artistic vision to life. The commission process is an opportunity for collaboration, creativity, and personal expression. I am committed to delivering a custom artwork that exceeds your expectations and becomes a treasured piece in your collection. By working closely together we can transform your vision into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, uniquely tailored to reflect your personality and aesthetic preferences.

Artistic Collaboration

Commissioning a custom artwork is an opportunity for a deep artistic collaboration. This process allows us to work closely with each other to create an original piece that truly resonates with your aesthetic sensibilities.

Initial Consultation

The commission process begins with an initial consultation via email where you share your inspirations, vision, reference photos, dimensions, desired completion date and any other specific requirements you have for your commissioned artwork. This is a crucial step in ensuring that I fully understand your desires and expectations. I will then work closely with you to discuss your ideas, gather relevant information, and answer any questions you may have. Keep in mind when calculating dimensions for your piece that my price per square inch is $2.50. Length in inches x Width in inches x 2.5 = Total painting cost (i.e. 12”x 24”= 288 x 2.5 = $720)

Creative Development

Once I feel I have a solid understanding of your vision I will begin the creative development process. This stage involves extensive research, brainstorming, and sketching to refine the artistic concept. I will stay in regular contact with you to seek your input and approval on key artistic decisions, ensuring that you remain actively involved throughout the creation of your artwork. Once we have a solid shared vision established thru sketches and mock ups I can begin creating your final painting. At this point a 50% deposit is required.

Execution and Delivery

With your vision solidified, I will begin the execution phase bringing the concept to life. Depending on the scope and complexity of the artwork this process can take several weeks or months. The deadline will be established and agreed upon before work begins. Throughout this period, I will communicate frequently through emails and photo updates allowing you to give your input throughout the entirety of the process. Once we have achieved your goals and the painting is complete the final 50% owed plus shipping is due. Once I have received your final payment I will ship your one of a kind painting to you.
